The problem
Every week, someone on the social team worked through a Sprinkler export of TikTok and Instagram comments one by one. Each comment needed a call: reply, delete, flag for another team, or leave it. That took 1 to 2 hours, and the bigger picture, like which complaints kept coming up, was hard to see from inside a spreadsheet.
What I built
CK Comment Command is a small web app that does the sorting so people can focus on the decisions. It runs on Claude and fits into the tools the team already used: Sprinkler in, Slack out.
People stay in the loop
The tool never posts anything. Low-confidence calls land in a Needs Review queue with a note explaining why, and every reply and Slack message is editable before anyone copies it.
Built on approved language
Reply drafts start from the team’s approved response templates and show which template they came from, so the voice stays on brand and easy to check.
Escalations people can act on
Each Slack message says why it’s going to that team and what the ask is. The receiving team gets the context in one message instead of a thread of follow-up questions.
Made to outlast my internship
I documented the tool in an operator runbook so the team could keep running it after I left.
The result
Weekly comment review dropped from 1 to 2 hours to under 10 minutes, roughly 90% faster. The time saved went back into the parts that need a person: judgment calls, community replies, and acting on the trends the tool surfaces each week.
