3. Strategy

– Positioned the B.O.T. Loft as an upskilling platform for Maine manufacturing with a clear outcomes promise: credentials, deployable capability, and workforce pathways.
– Simplified multiple offerings into a consistent 3-pillar story: Factory Authorized Training, Micro-credentials, K–12 pathways.
– Built a repeatable content logic for every asset: who it’s for, what it unlocks, and the next step.
– Designed messaging for three audiences: workforce professionals and employers first, partners and stakeholders second, students and parents as the pipeline.
– Kept language plain and action-first so each audience could self-identify fast without extra context.
– Matched CTAs to intent and channel: learn more, program alerts, inquiry.
– Prioritized scan-ability and consistency so LinkedIn posts, print, and web all reinforced the same message.

– Organized the B.O.T. Loft into three pillars: Factory Authorized Training, Micro-credentials, K–12 pathways.
– Standardized pillar messaging with a consistent lens: who it’s for and what you get.
– Mapped every post and asset to one pillar to keep the rollout coherent and avoid mixed messages.
– Built a scalable structure so future program announcements plug in without re-explaining the facility.

– Made LinkedIn the primary pre-launch channel to build credibility and reach workforce professionals, manufacturing leaders, partners, and UMaine stakeholders
– Goal: make a brand-new page feel established fast by repeatedly clarifying what the B.O.T. Loft offers and why it matters
– Built a tiered plan to keep content organized and repeatable
– Core posts explained the three pillars and key program updates
– Credibility posts reinforced legitimacy through partner context, facility framing, and people-first storytelling when available
– Support posts drove next steps with clear CTAs, while reusable templates and a mid-schedule performance check-in kept cadence sustainable and improved what worked

– Prioritized qualified intent over hard registrations while offerings were still ramping
– Turned early awareness into a re-engageable pipeline for future trainings, micro-credentials, and events
– Built a low-friction path: LinkedIn for discovery, website for clarity, program alerts for demand capture
– Wrote CTAs that worked for individuals and employers: learn more, request details, or get updates
– Produced measurable demand signals pre-launch: program alert opt-ins ready to activate at launch

– Built a consistent creative system across LinkedIn, web, and print so the brand stayed recognizable across formats
– Standardized layout and hierarchy so each asset delivered the same core message fast and clearly
– Created reusable templates for posts, carousels, flyers, and web sections to speed production without sacrificing consistency
– Kept assets aligned to the three pillar structure so content never drifted off message as volume increased

– Tracked early engagement rate and CTR to confirm message clarity and relevance
– Used follower growth and program alert opt-ins as early demand signals while offerings were still pre-launch
– Ran a mid-campaign performance check to identify top formats and themes without changing the core story
– Adjusted what to repeat, refine, and drop to keep the rollout consistent and efficient
